This Agreement is concluded between LLC "TEST TU STADI", hereinafter "Licensor" and any person who becomes a user of the my.test2staff.com site after accepting the terms of this agreement, hereinafter referred to as "User", together referred to in the text of the Agreement as "Parties", and separately - "Party".
This Agreement in accordance with Part 1 of Art. 641 and Part 2 of Art. 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, is a public offer, the acceptance of the terms of which is the performance of the actions provided for in the Agreement.
1. Definition
1.1. The terms of the agreement, unless the text clearly states otherwise, will have the following meanings:

Acceptance - full and unconditional acceptance of the offer by performing the actions specified in Clause 3.2 of the Agreement.
The website is a set of web pages located on a virtual server, representing a single structure on the Internet at the address: https://my.test2staff.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the Site).
The licensor is LLC "TEST TU STADI".
The user is a legally competent natural person who concludes the Agreement by accepting the terms contained in the offer.
Content - all objects placed on the Site, including design elements, interface, text, graphic images, illustrations, videos, scripts, programs, music, sounds and other objects and their selections. The copyright owner is the owner of exclusive rights to use the Site, including all site content.
Simple (non-exclusive) license - the User's non-exclusive right to use the result of intellectual activity specified in the Agreement, with the Licensor retaining the right to issue licenses to other persons.
Personal account is a virtual tool for personal self-service of users, located on the official website: https://my.test2staff.com/user/profile.html
User account - a unique login and password for entering the personal account.
2. Subject and status of the Agreement
2.1. The Agreement was developed by the Licensor and defines the terms of use and development of the Site, as well as the rights and obligations of its Users and the Licensor. This Agreement applies to relations that are related to the rights and interests of third parties who are not Users of the Site, but whose rights and interests may be violated as a result of the actions of Users of the Site.
2.2. The Agreement is a legally binding agreement between the User and the Licensor, the subject of which is the Licensor's provision of services to the User using the Site and its services (hereinafter - Services).
2.3. The Agreement between the User and the Licensor includes all special documents that regulate the operation of individual services of the Site and are placed in the appropriate sections of the Site.
2.4. The user undertakes to familiarize himself with the Agreement before registering on the Site. The User's registration on the Site means the User's full and unconditional acceptance of all the terms of the Agreement in accordance with Part 1 of Art. 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
2.5. The Agreement may be changed and/or supplemented by the Licensor unilaterally without any special notification. The agreement is an open and publicly available document, the current version of which is available on the Internet at: https://my.test2staff.com/terms/oferta.html
2.6. Continued use of the Site by the User after changes and/or additions to the User Agreement means the User's acceptance and agreement with the changes and/or additions.
3. User registration on the Site
3.1. To obtain the possibility of using the Site, the User is obliged to provide reliable and complete data about himself on the issues proposed in the relevant registration forms and in the personal account, as well as to keep this data up to date.
3.1.1. User registration can be carried out using authorization through the website https://facebook.com and other social networks. In this case, the User is obliged to check the completeness and authenticity of the transmitted data after providing access to the User's account on the Site.
3.2. By agreeing to the Agreement by registering on the Site, the User confirms his consent to the processing of his personal data by the Licensor in accordance with this Agreement and the Personal Information Privacy Policy.
3.3. By registering on the Site, the User confirms that he is 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 may not have access to certain sections of the site.
3.4. After completing registration, the User receives a User Account, which imposes responsibility for maintaining the security of account information, as well as for everything that will be done on the Site under the User Account. The User undertakes to immediately notify the Licensor of any cases of unauthorized access to the Site, i.e. performed by a third party without the User's knowledge and permission, as well as any other violations of the security of the use of the User's credentials. The Licensor is not responsible for the possible loss or corruption of data that may occur as a result of the User's violation of the provisions of this clause of the Agreement.
3.5. To start working with the Site, the User must log in, that is, enter their account information in the appropriate section of the Site.
3.6. Unless otherwise proven by the User, any actions performed using his login and password are considered to have been performed by the User.
4. Terms and conditions of use of the Site
4.1. Exclusive rights to the Content posted on the Site.
4.1.1. All objects placed on the Site, including design elements, text, illustrations, graphic images, videos, scripts and other objects and their selections (previously and hereinafter - Content), are objects of the exclusive rights of the Licensor, Site Users and other rights holders, and are protected by law.
4.1.2. Except for the cases established by the Agreement, as well as the current legislation of Ukraine, no Content may be copied (reproduced), distributed, uploaded, processed, displayed, published, transferred, implemented or otherwise used in whole or in part without the prior permission of the right holder, except in cases, when the right holder has expressed his consent to the free use of the Content by any or a specific person.
4.1.3. The User's use of the Content, access to which is obtained exclusively for personal non-commercial use, is allowed on the condition that all signs of authorship (copyrights) are preserved in an unaltered form, and the works are preserved in an unaltered form.
4.1.4. The user has no right to download or publish on the Site the content of other sites, databases and other results of intellectual work in the absence of the express consent of the owner of the copyright to such actions.
4.1.5. The user on the Site is prohibited from obscene direct and indirect insults in any way towards anyone, including those based on ethnic, racial or religious affiliation, as well as statements of a chauvinistic nature; any offensive behavior, as well as any actions that are expressly prohibited by the legislation of Ukraine.
4.1.6. Any use of the Site or Content, other than as permitted in the Agreement or in the case of express consent of the copyright holder for such use, without the prior written consent of the copyright owner is prohibited.
4.1.7. Unless otherwise expressly stated in the Agreement, nothing in the Agreement shall be deemed to transfer exclusive rights to the Content.
4.2. Liability for violation of exclusive rights.
4.2.1. The User is responsible for any Content or other information that he publishes or otherwise makes public (publishes) on or with the help of the Site. The User has no right to transmit or download Content on the Site, if he does not have the appropriate rights to perform such actions.
4.2.2. Licensor has the right to review the Site for prohibited Content and may remove or move (without notice) any Content or users in its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason.
4.3. Third Party Sites and Content.
4.3.1. The Site contains (or may contain) links to other sites on the Internet, as well as articles, illustrations, graphics, information, applications, scripts and other Content owned or provided by third parties.
4.3.2. The specified third parties and their Content are not checked by the Licensor for compliance with certain requirements (completeness, integrity, etc.). The Licensor is not responsible for any information posted on third-party websites that the User can access through the Site or through Third-Party Content posted on the Site.
4.3.3. Links to any site, service, and information of a commercial or non-commercial nature posted on the Site do not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of these services or products by the Licensor.
5. Licensor's guarantees and liability
5.1. The rights to use the Site are provided on an "as is" basis, in connection with which the User is not given any guarantees that the Site will meet his expectations and requirements.
5.2. The site is constantly updated and supplemented with new functions, the name and composition of which may change without prior notice to the User. Licensor has the right, at its discretion, to suspend or terminate any functionality.
5.3. The licensor is not responsible for interruptions in the operation of the Site in the event of failures in the operation of the software, the operation of the equipment of third parties or the actions of third parties.
5.4. The Licensor is not responsible for the actions of the User in connection with the use of the Site.
5.5. The total liability of the Licensor in any case is limited to documented damage caused to the User in an amount not exceeding the value of the Services provided.
6. User's responsibility
6.1. The user is responsible for violating his obligations under the Agreement in accordance with the Agreement and legislation.
6.2. If the User violates the requirements established by the legislation and the Agreement, the Licensor has the right to unilaterally suspend access to the Site until the violations committed by the User are completely eliminated.
6.3. In the event of a gross violation of the terms of the Agreement, the Licensor has the right to unilaterally block the User's access to the Site, while funds in the personal account of the User's personal account are not returned.
7. Final provisions
7.1. This Agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. Issues not regulated by this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. All possible disputes arising from the relations regulated by this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation of Ukraine, according to the norms of Ukrainian law. Everywhere in the text of this Agreement, the term "legislation" means the legislation of Ukraine.
